The machine is to small - The seat at its highest setting is still too low. The resistance setting, even at its highest level, is not enough to provide a decent workout.
The machine operates roughly - it needs a flywheel to smooth the pedal's operations.

Perfect for when the weather doesn't permit you to go outside. The seat could be a little more comfortable, but you'll get used to it. I just put a seat cover on it and it was fine. Very, very quiet. I can watch TV and workout throughout the entire TV show. Used my own tools instead of the one provided because it was easier.

I get up in the mornings, Monday through Friday's and exercise on a treadmill and elpitical and then at night I use my bike to ride 5 miles. I just got this and will be moving that up to 10 miles a night. I give myself a break on the weekends from exercising. I think this helps me to not get bored with exercising.
