I mainly chose this model because of its price but also because I am not a large person (5'1") and I need to be able to actually fold up the performer when not in use. I did some research and found that the more expensive models can get pretty heavy. I just needed a barebones model that can get the job done, and this is it. I can't tell the difference between refurbished and new.
I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun the trampoline addition is. It really gets me sweating in no time. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone looking for simplicity, but I must disclose that for larger folks, the neck and back parts may feel uncomfortable because they are not very well-cushioned.
Overall, this is a great investment for me and I intend to use it regularly.

It does everything. It is low impact. It was easy to do position changes and routines. The next day I could feel the results! I love this item and I am very happy with it.

I like the concept of the Stamina AeroPilates 298 Reformer, however it is to low on the ground for me to comfortably get on it. It needs to be built up for easier use. Other than that, I think it would be a great machine for those looking for an item like this.
