This machine is a godsend for people with joint arthritis that have difficulty exercising in a "traditional" manner. It was fairly easy to put together, is easy to use, and you get results from the beginning of its use. You do need to have room, however, as it's not really storable. It also could be longer for taller people (I'm 6').

I am new to pilates and took private lessons to learn more about the fittness program. I love it! The Stamina Pro is very sturdy and comparable to the quality used in the studio in which I trained. Easy to assemble. Due to the weight of the equipment, it takes two to assemble. My husband and I put it together in about one hour.

I love doing pilates but it cost too much at fitness centers. I like the look and the contruction of this model. The reviews are what sold me. When I got mine it was just like I wanted. I would say it is well worth the investment.

Just got it but it was pretty easy to put together. Love how it works, all muscles and core. Can't wait to see if it does what they say it will, but so far a great machine that works everything including cardio!
