The only thing that would make this a better product would be steel springs - I should have checked before I bought, but the bounce is pretty good as it is. The box was missing the knobs to hold the stabilization bar, and Customer Service handled it promptly. The replacement knobs came within TWO DAYS. So glad I opted for the model with the stabilization bar - definitely helpful.
