Good value and is sturdy construction. I work out on a treadmill every day for 30 min to an hour but wanted to have something to tone my upper body. It was easy to get a hang of the rowing motion with a bit of practice. By the next day I had a solid rowing motion going. I use it every day and seems to be toning my upper body.

After less than a dozen workouts, one of the wheels on the seat assembly broke. Upon examination, 2 more were wobbly and ready to break. The metal "wheel" is thin and not firmly attached to the synthetic "tire". The tire material (nylon?) is soft and began wearing down on the first workout. I have to wipe the dust and shavings from the track after every workout. Because of the tire wear, the ride of the seat is noisy, rough and uneven.

I've used this a few times since getting it. Works great, quite. slides easy and is portable. Seat a little hard, but other than that this is a great product.
