Everything relating to this equipment is fine, but we did have one part damaged during transit that needs to be replaced

The rowing machine is about what I would expect quality-wise for the money. The velcro locking system for your feet is not good at all. I will have to devise something to hold my feet in place, so that I am not constantly interrupted during the workout.

First of all I started in terrible shape. (Even worse I'm OLD...age 71 on May 30 !!) After about 10 days I'm doing three sets of twenty reps on setting 9.

I've rated this machine 5 stars based on efficacy and value. Hard to imagine a better new machine for the dollar.

I wish the straps on the foot rests were centered instead of so far on the toes. It is hard to fasten small feet securely without slipping.
