The service was great and the product came with no problems. I had a friend help me put it together. The quality of the parts makes all the difference and even though I haven't used this product long I expect it to last a long time and I am a very happy customer! It takes a lot of space but I went in knowing this and measured for the dimensions plus moving around before I bought this.

I use this reformer at home every day, using the dvd tapes which go from basic beginner to advanced. I have taken classes for almost a year so I have the basic training and I can take that and move on. This is such a smooth reformer I will use it for years.
