I wanted a way to sweat that was indoors, easy on the knees and easy to move around. The other ones looked cheap or gimmicky. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and am a new fan of Hayneedle.
I am 26/male. I have had the bike for 1-week. I also bought a heart rate watch (elsewhere) for $40. I workout for 30 minutes and keep my heart rate at 165. I honestly think I can keep it up, because I turned it into a math game. I just keep my heart rate at a certain level for a certain period of time and watch The Apprentice or 24. :)
