Wether you are just starting out or have been actively involved in home exercise programs, the one exercise that is usually omitted is the dreaded pull-up. Why? For most of us it's difficult to pull up your own weight and in executing the exercise it places alot of stress on your wrists; it's an unatural movement especially at the top of the pull up. The Stamina Rotating Pull Up Handles allow you to work your way into a full pull up in a natural way by allowing your wrists to rotate as you execute the execise. It virtually eliminates the stress on your wrists. I could not be more pleased with this product!! I recommend it to anyone who would like to incorporate the pull up into their exercise routine. You'll be impressed by its design, durability, comfort of use, and that all you have to do when you receive it is place it over your pull up bar (it comes fully assembled) and you are ready to go. Don't let the pull up intimidate you.... I'm 61 and if it were not for this product I'd be saying what's a pull up! Thanks Stamina!!
