As other people have said the assembly instructions were rather minimal, but i was able to figure it out. The bigger bummer was that all glass shelves were broken. I contacted customer service for replacement of the shelves, but its been ten days and I still dont have an answer to if and when I will be receiving new shelves.
I am still hoping Bakers Rack will come through, because I do like the rack but cant use it the way it is.

There were NO instructions for assembly. The drill holes were missing in some pieces so there was no way to assemble the arm and make it sturdy. This product was not worth the money I spent. In fact, it cost me more because I had to purchase hardware and do a make-shift assembly. I would never recommend to anyone.

Beautiful product for the price. Instructions... If you would call them that... Not good. My issues are with the service I've received getting broken glass shelves replaced.
Service and delivery comments:
The product arrived fast, but speedy shipping doesn't matter if pieces are broken. 2 out of 3 glass shelves where delivered broken. I've been waiting 2 weeks now and still have no idea when I will get them. I have contacted hayneedle 6 times... RIDICULOUS!!!

The item was delivered in excellent condition no scratches or broken glass, thank heaven. Despite there being no written directions; only a diagram... it was very easy to put together. My husband I completed the assembly in under 2 hours. We love it, it's an amazing accent to our dinning room.Well worth the purchase!!
