Comfortable chairs but both boxes were beat up and one of the four I bought was slightly damaged due to it. Another one had a loose support bar underneath which makes noises but does not affect the use of the chair or the purpose of the bar which is to stabilize the chair legs.

Out of the 4 chairs I bought, 3 of them are crooked. I am in process of contacting customer service for return/exchange option. The design is nice but the construction is very poorly made.
