THEY FIRST SENT ME THE WRONG PAIR OF BINOCULARS THAT I HAD TO WAIT ON TO RETURN. THEN I RECEIVE THE CORRECT PAIR WITH A FAULTY CASE WHERE IT WAS TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO HOOK THE STRAP TO THE CASE CORRECTLY.
I WILL NEVER SHOP HAYNEEDLE AGAIN.
