This bookcase arrived earlier in the week and I assembled it this afternoon. One reviewer was right -- there are a lot of screws! I have sore thumbs and a blister on one finger, but what a nice bookcase. It wasn't difficult to assemble, but took some time (all those screws!). End result is a nice, contemporary update to our room. I didn't want a typical bookcase and this definitely is not -- and it even makes the room look a little larger since you can see the wall through it. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This is a great bookshelf. I ordered two and they look great as room dividers. The only complaint I have of them is there were too many screws and not enough glue. I would recommend a battery operated drill and your own wood glue. Those would have made my life easier, but I did it without the drill.
They look great and are so unique! My roommate love them too.

We just bought this a few days ago. The shipping was much faster than expected, and it arrived a full week before the estimated delivery date. The bookcase itself takes a few hours to put together, but the instructions are easy to follow. Once assembled, the bookcase is very study and beautiful. It looks great and we are very pleased.
