Mrs. Fields has been baking cookies for nearly 30 years, and nobody bakes them better. Irresistibly soft and luscious, they're made from Mrs. Fields' very own recipes using real butter, whole eggs, pure vanilla, and a special blends of flour, sugar, and chocolate. Temptation comes in two types: Nibblers® bite-sized cookies or brownie bites. Please note that Mrs. Fields® cookies are made using equipment that does come in contact with nuts.
Tips for enjoying Mrs. Fields® delicacies
- Cookies taste best when eaten the same day they are received.
- Brownies are best when refrigerated or frozen.
- If you have to save some for later, do not re-refrigerate as goodies will dry out. Instead, store them in an airtight container with a piece of white bread, or they may be frozen in an airtight bag.
- Thawed cookies can be warmed in the microwave for up to 10 seconds or a 375-degree oven for 1-2 minutes.
- Frozen cookies can be warmed in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or a 375-degree oven for 1-3 minutes.

The story of Mrs. Fields®
Debbi Fields, a young mother with no business experience, opened her first cookie store in Palo Alto, Calif., in 1977. They told her she was crazy. No business could survive just selling cookies. Humble beginnings launched Mrs. Fields® into a worldwide celebrity and made her company the premier chain of cookie and baked goods stores.
Quality, more than anything, accounts for Mrs. Fields® worldwide acceptance. The mission has always been to create the highest quality product possible - every time. That commitment has yielded products like no others, deeply satisfying personal indulgences that people just can't get enough of.

Cookies taste best when eaten the same day they are received. It takes about four Nibblers® bite-sized cookies to make one cookie. Nibblers® bite-sized cookies come in packages of six. Brownie Bites are wrapped in half dozens in the same special wrapper with a label to identify each flavor. Some tips if you have to save some for later: never refrigerate - they dry out, store in an airtight container with a piece of white bread, may be frozen in an airtight bag. Thawed cookies can be warmed in the microwave for up to 10 seconds or a 375 degree oven for 1-2 minutes. Frozen cookies can be warmed in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or a 375 degree oven for 1-3 minutes. All Brownie Bites contain nuts.

Comments about Mrs. Fields® Sympathy Gift Baskets:
I had a terrible experience when I ordered this gift basket. I ordered the gift basket and also paid for expedited shipping. I placed my order on Saturday and it was supposed to arrive as a sympathy gift on Wednesday. Hayneedle EMAILED me on Wednesday (the delivery date) at about 2:30PM to tell me that my order couldn't be processed and that the gift wasn't going to be delivered as planned. I was under the impression that the delivery was going to be made because I received the order confirmation on Saturday after I placed the order. I'm very disgusted at how this was handled. My family kept someone at the house all day today to receive a delivery that never came. The original email that they sent me (they didn't even have the decency to call me) said that they could just resubmit the order for me if I'd like. They didn't offer to do anything to make the situation better. I sent an email reply saying that this wasn't good enough. They came back with an offer to resubmit my order and do free overnight shipping. This still isn't good enough. Their final offer to me was to take 10% off the order. By this time I had just placed an order directly with Mrs. Fields because the customer service that I received from hayneedle was very poor. So my decision to place an order with hayneedle for this basket initially cost me frustration, cost my family member time that they spent waiting for a delivery that never came, and cost me about $30 in shipping with the order that I placed with Mrs. Fields (for expedited shipping because of this mess up). I have never ordered something and received an email notification that my order couldn't be filled on the day that it was supposed to be delivered. My intention of posting this feedback is to give people a chance to make an educated decision on if they'd like to order this basket from hayneedle for a grieving family with the chance that it may not arrive as planned.
