We put this fireplace in a study/guestroom. It has added lots of coziness and warmth to the room. Just to mention FYI...the remote only has an On/Off function. Some may want more remote functions (thermostat,high/low etc.). I still gave 5 Star rating, because this remote works fine for our needs. There is a (hidden) knob on the fireplace that controls the temperature. I enjoy the feature that lets you have the flame appearance without using the heat. Overall excellent transaction.

We just love the fireplace! It's more of a decorative peice than one used for heat and it is absolutely perfect for our room. Not only did the item arrive in no time at all but the packaging for the fireplace was unbelievable! Nothing could possibly put a dent or chip in the product. Our friend assembled it in no time at all. Directions were easy to follow & presented no problems. We are very happy with our fireplace and would recommend it with no reservations.

Delivery was ahead of schedule. Box had a hole in lower left corner, however could see no damage to foam packing. However when the last item from the box,mantle,was removed from the box,it had a damaged rear left corner. Customer service gave several options, I choose to fix it myself and they gave an agreed to credit.

Overall very satisfied with new electric fireplace/heater. A friend had let us borrow a bigger model with options that included a remote that had a timer and adjustments for fire display and fan, miss those options.
Assembly was easy and took very little time.
Only disappointment was in delivery, took longer than expected and attribute the delay to the local delivery service that took 7 days after they received it to complete delivery.

I loved how easy it was to put together! It looks beautiful in my living room and puts off enough heat to knock the chill off the room on cool days.
