Standard Gravity boots: One size fits most

A Note About Boot Sizing: The Standard Gravity boots are included in this system. Standard gravity boots fit most sizes. The Gravity Boots XL (sold separately) were designed primarily for people with larger ankles/calves, not necessarily larger feet. The diameter of these XL boots is 1 inch larger and the height of the shell is 1 to 1.5 inches taller than the standard boots. Both boot sizes are designed to provide an ankle-conforming fit through two "fine-tuning" buckles with micro-adjusting ratchets that fit the exact size and taper of your ankle. The fit accommodates a wide range of sizes, making it possible for multiple users to share one pair of boots.

I think not! This system is about the easiest to setup and use( I'm 51, 6'2", 230lbs), couple that with the quality and economical price. Why would you buy anything else?

I Bought this product for a challenging abdominal workout; and it is. Also nice to be able to do pull ups in the house. A little odd inverting for the first time, but I got used to it quickly. Great to stretch out the back too.

If you have a strong door frame, this thing works exactly as it should. The two down sides are: (1) hard to store if you don't want to keep the bars attached to the door frame (easy on and off, by the way); and, (2) The inversion boots are not that comfortable. They tend to dig in to the flesh at the top of your feet when you hang. (I'm 235 lbs. If you're lighter, it may not be such a big deal.) However, the inversion boots are more comfortable if you wear hiking boots or similar underneath.

If you're under 250 lbs and have a bad back or want to do inverted sit-ups at home, this think works great.

One last caviat, if you can't do at least one pull-up, you probably won't be able to get on and off by yourself. Enjoy!

        Great Space Saving Inversion System

I have had an inversion table for the last 3 years. We moved to a smaller apartment and therefore I did not have the space available anymore for the inversion table.

This is a perfect replacement as it is a major space saver. An inversion table is much easier to use and more comfortable. However, if you are limited on space, this is the way to go.

This system does offer more range of motion so the stretches and sit ups one can do exceeds that of a table.

Prior to the inversion table, I had gravity boots for about 10 years. These are by far much more comfortable than my previous gravity boots. The little calf hook is a nice optional feature. Not to mention, the at home inversion system sure beats going out late at night to use the monkey bars.
