I've been reading about inversion tables for some time now. I am so happy that I bought this. It is wonderful for stretching, for your back and it just plain feels good. I feel full/bloated in my belly alot and this gives me relief for that too!

I have only had this table for 5 days but I can already notice an improvement in my back pain. The table was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I had to adjust the height several time to find the fit for me....it thinks I am 4" taller than I am so I do advise to have someone present when you first use it as it tilts very fast if not adjusted right for you. Good product
