Looks great and warms a room well. The vent its hot to the touch when heater is on. not good for little kids running around. Must keep an eye on your kids if running heater.

This is an attractive electric fireplace for the price when comparing other options. However, the fireplace required a minor repair to get it to work properly - nothing major but it sure helped to have a "handyman" at the house to take the panel off the back of the fireplace and adjust the tines and metal panel so it would work. Again, nothing major, slight adjustment that took five minutes.
