Available in three finish options, the Caldwell Stackable Vertical Bookcase is constructed from engineered wood for lasting quality and low maintenance. This material is highly resistant to cracking and warping - more so even than solid wood, and it allows cost savings without sacrificing quality or longevity. The pecan and espresso options feature wood veneers seamlessly bonded to the wood, and the vanilla option features a durable painted finish.
A recessed lip on the base prevents slipping, and an easy-to-use mending plate can fasten multiple units together, if you order two or more bookcases. An anti-tip wall-attachment kit is also included, which allows this tower to get considerably taller and more efficient without concern for your safety or that of your children or pets. This vertical bookcase requires very little assembly and virtually no maintenance other than occasional cleaning.

Only complaint is the canvas bins pictured and in instruction sheet aren't included but everything else is great. They look nice and are the perfect size for our living room.
