In addition, this cart features a unique, built-in spice rack. This cart also has a kitchen towel bar as well as a paper towel bar. This kitchen cart comes complete with a breakfast bar, which will add an additional 12 inches of working space to its top surface. Everything came on the dates projected. The assembly took me about 4 hours, by myself. A little trouble with the drawer holes not lining up - about a milimeter off. Overall, I love this island and its look - I couldn't have picked better.

Love that this is made from real wood! It went together fairly easily and fit the space well. I would haveliked the paper towel holder on the other side, but that's a small deal compared to the usefullness of the island as a whole. It really improved my cooking area! Love the stainless prep top. For the money this is a great value!

Assembly was a little time-consuming, and I had to re-drill a couple of the pre-drilled holes because they were not quite accurate. I also required help lifting the top onto the base (I'm a 70-year-old woman and couldn't get very far with it alone, but am very glad that it isn't flimsy.)
