Regal and royal, the Real Good Toys Montclair Dollhouse Kit has rich traditional flair. The Montclair is shown pictured with the Montclair Porch, Montclair Conservatory, and Montclair 2-Story Wing Addition. Each unit is sold separately. The kit comes complete with nine rooms with 10-inch floor-to-ceiling height. It includes window kits with interior trim, shutters, exterior door and steps, decorative trims, moldings, interior staircases, and rails. From the fancy porch posts and spindles to the stately, thick wood floors and walls, the Montclair is the epitome of grand dollhouse style.

Additions and/or porches also available separately. This kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Montclair, you will need approximately 1650 shingles. (3/4 shingle x 3/4 reveal).

Recommended assembly supplies:

• Hammer
• Fine-toothed saw
• Glues
• Utility knife
• Masking tape
• Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit
• Paints
• Paint brushes
• Ruler
• 3/4 or 1-inch brads
• Elastic bands

Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included. Paint, glue, curtains, and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.

Overall dimensions include items that protrude, such as roof cresting. This item is not recommended for children under 3 years.
