If you like simple and almost stark design, this looks nearly as good in person as it does online. I think it's a decent value. It's very simple to assemble (just screws, washers and bolts that connect the legs to the headboard and to the standard bedframe). But this is not something you want to prop your back up against to sit up in bed--it's not strong enough to support you on its own, or not for long. I may push my bed close enough to the wall to install some discrete vertical molding of some kind on the back, to use the wall as a support. It weighs about 20 pounds, if you're wondering how easy it is to lug around. [...] I'm using this on my main, and in fact only, bed. I would recommend this to friends if they were aware and realistic about its limitations.

I like the bed and arrived quickly but stated it was for full size but is really for full/queen so it has a couple inches on each side of my full size bed. Would have liked to know this before I bought it. I may have chosen one made only for a full size bed instead.

Very nice looking. fairly easy to put together, but I did have to bend open the channels the legs go into(may have gotten bent during shipping).
Looks beautiful.
My only complaint is the left side inside lighter metal crossbar section rattles if you move the headboard any.
Otherwise pleased with the look, price and timely arrival.

I have been looking for twin headboards with a contemporary feel for our Grandson's room. These are better in person than the pictures shown. For the price they are perfect and really add the perfect feel for the room. Hayneedle is great and this is my first purchase from them. I will continue to explore and purchase based on this one.
