We had seen this bed in a vacation home we stayed at. Looked like a nice inexpensive bed. The one we bought came with the finish having clear visible 1/8- 1/4inch white spots. It looks like an impurity on the frame on the first paint coat. Then the factory just clear coated over it. The finish is smooth it just looks bad. Shipping was a pain in the butt, lost half the package and got it to us late. I did not care to go back through the hassle of taking another day off work to give back the headboard and another day to receive the new one over 10-12 spots. Just thought it should be nicer than the cheaper "swedish" furnishings equivalent.

I got this in full for my husband and I and the twin size for our son the full headboord and bottom bottom board and frame for both beds. when we put our own matresses and boxsprings on was aperfect fit. No instructions came on how to put the beds together but it was figured out and then thing fitted great.
