They are the right height, but some parts are not painted well and there is a gouge in the back of one of the chairs.

Best Uses
I've used Hayneedle in the past and have been very happy with the products, product selection and general customer service.
However, we went to purchase counter height stools and were shipped the wrong product 3 times. Additionally, we kept getting shipped the exact same wrong product each time so there was clearly a problem at the warehouse that no one at Hayneedle seemed to be able to figure out. Additionally, until the last customer service rep we worked with (Nicole - who was fabulous!), there was slow to no follow-up from cusotmer service on the status of fixing the problem.
I give credit to Hayneedle for trying to "make it right" in the end and ensure I walked away a satisfied cusotmer (which I did) but the level of work and frustration it took to get the right product I ordered was painful.
