Purchased 4 for daughter for gift. The delivery was fast and prompt. Not able to grade quality until Christmas morning when we attempt to put them all together. But the service was awesome!!

I would give these stools a B. They were easy to assemble and look nice, but they have a few nicks and scratches - although those can be fixed with a furniture marker.
Service and delivery comments:
I ordered two of these stools but when they arrived they did not match each other. The company expeditiously remedied the situation and sent me two more stools. Great customer service!
