This set includes high quality pieces made from indestructible plastic in classic design, with traditional ivory and white opposing sides. They're meant for players of all levels and are tournament-quality size; kings stand 4 inches tall with a 1.9-inch base width, and weigh 2.5 ounces each. All pieces are triple-weighted for comfort.

Also included with this set is a convenient roll-up portable chess board. A dyed cloth surface features 2.25-inch green and white squares and high-visibility numbering and lettering on a white border. The cloth is securely mounted to a vinyl backing, which is totally flexible and rolls up for storage, but is still heavy enough to lie flat during play. The backing is 1mm thick.

All pieces of the set are packaged in a portable tote made from durable dark green canvas, complete with woven loop handles.
