Comments about Townhouse Black 6 Drawer Chest:
The dresser is beautiful, a great size, and best of all comes fully assembled. Unfortunately mine arrived with a large hole in the back and a scratch/split wood on the front. I would give the dresser a higher rating but I can't because of the service. :(
Service and delivery comments:
I ordered this on 4/30 and awaited a shipping notification, which I never received. It wasn't until I contacted customer service that they sent the shipping info, and by that time I learned that they had the wrong address AND phone number. I attempted to change it once with the shipping service, but had to call back again a few days later when nothing changed. I FINALLY received the item the other day, and it was completed ruined- a huge hole in the back, split wood on the front corner- completely unusable. The only saving grace in this experience was that Hayneedle agreed to refund me for the purchase. The dresser itself is great, so I really wish I could have used it!
