I was looking for a bar stool that would be first, sturdy - since it would have to be used many times a day, rather than occasionally and second, I wanted it to have a striking design to blend with the appliances and floor in my open kitchen. I purchased four to go around my center island. I may get two more! I am very pleased with[...] the easy assembly.
