Box was shipped with nothing mmre than cardbord around it, had a small dent in one side, not a big deal but could hve been prevented with better padding. Lock mechanism required some tweaking to get it to work properly. Again this is a factory issue and would have been better aligned. The box kept popping open, ii even came open inside the box in shipping, very poor. Box itself is a nice box we are using it on a golf cart to transport crafting supplies to and from the craft club. For the price paid I wouldhave expected a bit better quality and shame on an american company that doesn't put out the best product it can.
