The Tropical Abaca Small Astor Sofa is a luxuriously island-inspired couch, featuring hand-woven construction with solid hardwood accents and soft, thick cushions. The couch's frame is covered in woven abaca fibers, twisted for extra durability and intriguing texture. Rich mahogany frame accents and legs play against the lighter abaca to produce a brilliant contrast, as do the soft foam cushions, which are covered in a bright off-white fabric. Cushions are removable and made of 100% cotton canvas.  This couch will seat two to three people, and is so comfortable, they might have a hard time getting up again!

Rattan is presently the largest source used in the creation of wicker furniture. A climbing vine, it is native to the tropical rain forests of Southeast Asia. Rattan is a solid core vine, which makes it ideal for use in making sturdy furniture. Care and maintenance is easy, requiring mild soap and water and dusting off.
