I was very impressed with these chairs and the company. I emailed questions and got immediate responses. I ordered these late on a Sunday night and they were at my house Tuesday mid morning!!! I love that the ottoman folds in and that for storage the entire chair folds! I was a little surprised by the color-I thought it was going to be more of a redder red but it turned out to be a maroonish red (which was fine as we were going to paint our front door to match the chairs but it tuned out they matched our front door)! These are definitely LARGE chairs.

We bought this set as a wedding gift for our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this set. It only took about an hour to assemble the first chair, 45 minutes for the second one. My ONLY disappointment is that one of the chairs was missing one washer (only had 7 of the 8), and the other chair was missing ALL of one set of washers. Since we couldn't wait to resolve this issue, requiring a trip to the hardware store. $1.20 for nine washers - no big deal to me.
