This charming 2-story addition is designed for use with your one-of-a-kind dollhouse. It features a pair of spacious rooms with impressive 9-inch floor-to-ceiling height. Some select features include sturdy gingerbread trim measuring 0.125 inches thick and raised panel shutters. This addition is available in two different durable construction options. Choose between milled plywood and MDF wall finishes. This add-on boasts 0.375-inch exterior walls and grooved sidewalls. These ensure easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability. This kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3. Recommended supplies include a hammer, glue, masking tape, sandpaper, paint, brushes, screwdriver, ruler, and brads. The kit comes complete with step-by-step instructions and detailed drawings.

I happened to find Hayneedle while I was searching for this addition to go with my Dollhouse I am constructing. I found that I could buy two of the additions, which I needed at Hayneedle's price[...] I definately will come back to Hayneedle again to shop. If anyone is looking into building a dollhouse - look at 'Real Good Toys', their product is great to work with and their personal and caring attitude when you speak with Real Good Toys for anything is like customer service used to be like.
