Comments about UFC Weighted Arm/Leg Combo:
These weights, although stylish and fitting, were not very heavy. About a pound and a half for the leggings, and even less than a pound for the arm bands. Great item for beginers, runners, cross training, and overall light cardio workouts.
For the hard core martial artist who want to sweat blood and struggle in pain, these are not going to do the trick, but they will provide that light resistance when needed. They could have at lest had the option to put on a few more pounds. Although the iron sand bag fillers can be removed for easy washing, hopefully with the next model they will have more versatility.
