Can't say enough about first of all the customer service. I called first as I wanted to ensure it would fit correctly. The gentleman on the phone was extremely well informed, patient, and went through every detail with me. Ultimately I made the purchase online, put it together with minimal hassle (some folks mentioned a balance or leveling issue, I did not have this problem and I think it comes down to understanding basic installations and ensuring you don't tighten bolts until you pre-fit to ensure level). Ultimately great buy for the money.

I am thoroughly satisified with my fireplace screen. It fits perfectly and is a great match with my fireplace which is constructed of off-white brick with three black mantles. Fits flush against brick, so my cats can't jump inthe ashes. Legs required work to sit level. Doors nice and wide for ease of inserting wood without having to remove screen for accessability.

The welds aren't done well or covered well. There is a gap between the doors that allows sparks to fly through. The knobs on the doors don't line up making the doors look like they're hanging crooked on their hinges. I would recommend this only because it's sooooo much better than the screen that came with the fireplace.
P.S. Plus, I received more than one inquiry from you regarding my satisfaction. Not a peep from the fireplace manufacturer or installer.
