The cons wouldn't let me type in drawer bottoms are a thin cardboard or that you will need 2 people to build. The roughly 65"x30"x8" package was left outside by carrier and it weighed a little less than 100 lb. Fun to bring in by myself. (Sarcasm) We saved on a great entertainment center(EC). Once we built it we simply carefully measured the insides of both drawers and the thickness of the drawer sides. We purchased 2 plywood pieces and wood screws at home improvement store. They cut the wood pieces to our measurements. We put them inside the drawers and anchored it to the sides with some wood screws that we seated flush to the sides. The EC is rated up to 185 lb. Purchased for our new 55" TV. No LED or LCD flat panel TV is going to hurt it. I guess just consider it with what all your are going to put in and on it. But, 185 lb. Give me a break. You aren't going to hurt this thing. Looks great. Works great. This is not your solid wood with routered edges and paneling $2000 EC with metal drawer assemblies, but for the person that needs good looking solidly built furniture, this is great. In my opinion if you like the looks and you need it, get it.

I love how it fits in our somewhat small living room, holds all our electronics only complaint is wish the drawers would be deeper but overall love this peice.
Was easy to assemble. I did it myself normally my husband deals with that part but he wasn't home.
