The box arrived with the top not sealed. Moreover, the legs and various accessories were not in any kind of bag, but just tucked into the fabric spring cover. I was really surprised nothing appeared to be missing, since a lot of pieces were rolling around loose in the box and could have easily fallen out during shipping.
The other reviews don't lie; it seriously stinks out of the box. Even the instruction booklet stinks after leaving it outside to air out for three days! It did take me a while to figure out the instructions for how to fold the rebounder, which I needed to do since after I got it unfolded I noticed that two of the springs had come unhooked, and there is no way to hook them back up when it is unfolded.
Other than that, a fine product so far. I've had it for about a month now and my 6-year-old son loves it. We have only ever used it in the flat position, not elevated, and have not watched any of the videos.

I received the rebounder shortly after ordering it. It was very easy to put together, although it does have a very chemical smell to it. It works well - very sturdy construction. I was very disappointed that I only received one workout DVD instead of the three that are shown, and that one did not even play well (two of the chapters on the DVD could not be accessed).

I have had a cheap trampoline that I use once in a while and became bored with it. I put the two side by side, and felt like I had been jumping on pavement all of these years with the cheap one. I love this new urban rebounder it has a lot of bounce and I am able to use it much longer with a workout. I was very pleased that it has real springs and no banding. No coplaints about the smell, that's just packaging smell that dissipates after a day or two.
