Product is nice enough for a casual bakers rack and we are still using it, but it is VERY SMALL. I need to check measurements again, but when I looked at measurements online, I thought it was bigger. It is not big enough for our original intended use which was to handle our microwave so I could get it off my counter space.

The Valencia bakers rack I received had multiple issues. First, the box it came in was falling apart when it arrived via Fed Ex. Normally not a big problem until you need to send it back. Second, the top and bottom backs did not fit together. Again, unable to send back due to box problem. After banging on it with a sledge hammer, we got the pieces together. Third, finally attempting to put the thing together, we discovered the holes for one of the upper shelf supports had not been drilled the same on front and back of the top back unit!
I did multiple customer service emails; they're only solution was to offer a discount to keep it since the box could not be put back together. Very disappointed.
