After we moved we needed all new office furniture. I ordered a U shaped desk and hutch from another company and 2 of these files from Hayneedle. I hired a handyman to put all of them together. When he opened the boxes, he was showing me the difference in the quality between the files and the other furniture. He said the desk and hutch were very good quality and the files were not. He put the others together quickly and had lots of trouble with the files. Things did not line up and when he drilled a hole the think plywood split. He was not able to get one of the files to keep 2 of the drawers on the track. When I called Hayneedle, they said I had to send it back to them for a refund. I said I could not get it packed up and it would cost a fortune to send it back. They would not budge. I have a file that is 50% unusable and get no help from Hayneedle. Terrible customer service!! I will not shop here again.
