Ok for kids, but not for players

We bought this table for our office game room to replace our old Harvard table, which was falling apart. This table is a big step down from that table.
First, the corners are all dead. We must use our hands to get the ball out of the corners approximately 5 times per game. If you can get the ball from the corner, often it will roll back into the goal, even though the table has been leveled. If the ball is against the wall, it's often impossible to kick it with any player, as the players are too far from the wall. Plus, the walls have no bounce at all. The rods are hollow so it's not a great feel. Also, the balls are made of a cheap plastic.
We've developed some skilled players over the past several months on the old table. However, the games we play on the new table are now 90% luck with very little skill involved. We're hoping to raffle this table off to an employee and get a new, better quality table.
On the bright side, it's a sharp looking table. I just wish it played better. Perhaps we need to look at higher-end tables.

First we have owned, have played in bars before. Seems quite well made, is heavy enough not to move. Like ability to adjust legs to ensure balls don't stick against wall. Balls do tend to fly out of the returns on occasion...no other negatives so far (had it one week so far)

Not quite as described or pictured. Playing field is a light green rather than the black surface shown in the picture. The scoring beads are plastic that are colored silver, not metal beads as described. All the players are plastic as well, picture appears to be metal, they are not. The trim around the scoring surface arrived damaged in one spot. There was also a spot on top of the scoring surface (veneer) that had been chipped and colored in as an attempt to cosmetically improve the appearance. Pros; our kids are enjoying the foosball table. The rods move very smoothly. Assembly was very easy. For $150 more I should have purchased one of Olhausen's entry-level foosball tables.

Great and stylish look, matches great w/ pool table. The best buy for what I was looking for in price and playability. Like most other tables I have played the counter-balance on player rods are only perfect for the 5-player rod, the others leave you fighting back to get your players down for defense.
