Ordered this dresser and received it in about a week. Opened the box, and the top piece was cracked, bummer. I called SouthShore and they were extremely helpful in getting out a replacement.
While waiting for that to arrive, I put as much of the rest of piece together as possible - namely the drawers. Set aside a good block of time for this task. A lot of repetitive work, but not too difficult.
About a week later, I received the new top piece. Put the rest of the dresser together without issue. Seems to be an "ok" piece of furniture, but most definitely not something that is going to pass the test of time. Everything is MDF, except for the back which appears to be cardboard. The drawer slides are perhaps the most disappointing part of the whole experience. The "Smart Glide drawer slides with stops and built-in dampers" are plastic-on-plastic slides with a rubber o-ring at the end. To top it off, the drawers don't really line up all the nicely. But, at the end of the day, it'll hold clothes.
