I haven't used this grill yet. But the box looked like it had been pushed down a mountain & into a river, it was falling apart. When I put it together one piece on the bottom of the grill was bent, the lid for the grill was out of alignment in the front & there was one locking nut missing. Although none of these things were huge problems, having any issues when you purchase something brand new is irritating. The manufacturer needs to have more pride in their product. The seller, also needs to have more pride as FedEx told me they received this product from you in this condition.

I have both the combo and the pro smoker and both of them are great for anything you can dream of to cook or smoke. I smoke every week end from briskest to chicken and I would give these cookers a high rating. I need to agree with the other there was bolts and nuts missing but I had them on hand and then I went to seasoning the cooker minutes later. Temp control is fairly easy also.

Again little problems but turned out ok. Unpacked grill shelf
ok. But bolts and nuts loose in box with packing peanuts after locating nuts and bolts. There was a nut missing but lucky had a extra nut from grill after assembly was complete. Also no instructions in box. again went online found product and how to install grill shelf installed wasting time having to locate parts and instructions is a pain need more quality control at char-griller plant.
