I just received my third order of the same item. Delivery one and two each had one drawer broken with the ball bearings dislodged. The third delivery was even worse: three drawers broken with ball bearings loose throughout plus a fourth drawer dented. I am so disappointed and have a hard time believing that "ToolBoxesDirect" (a Hayneedle company) can't have a Tool Box/Tool Chest delivered without damage. After the second bad delivery, I was told that a request was put in for additional packing material - that didn't happen. Needless to say, I had to pack this one back up and have it shipped back. I went to [@], rented a truck, and purchased a very similar Tool Chest made by Husky. Can't count on Hayneedle. Too Bad.

I bought these for my salon for my stylists stations. Does the job for what I paid. Will definitely be upgrading to better quality within a year!
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery service was horrible!!! Approximate delivery date was not even close! Product wasn't even picked up from retailer til after approx. DELIVERY date. I got different answers every time I called cust. Service. I will never order from them again!

Just received it and the bottom drawer was off the tracks because the ball bearing slides were not in the tracks. I tried to fix it but could not. I then had to pack it all up and have it shipped back. Hopefully the replacement will work. Quite disappointed at this time.
