it is useful piece of door gym
it doesnt take much space and is the best for your ab training as for me presonally.
also it has one minus which is tension it doesnt have 210lbs it has about 110 but it is still good because everything you do in gym u can do at home with no lines waiting and whenever u want u can do almost any excercise.

it is really good piece of equipment , easy to set up and it's workouts are pretty hard to do.however there is no way it has 210 resistance i'd say about 100 lbs also it says it has 60 day workout chart i do not get this chart it's like u have to make your own schedule with dvd's u get.but anyways it is a good piece of equipment for this money
