Set was missing weight and felt from the dark knight (not Batman). Received replacement knight which did not match original knight in color or shine. I had to carefully remove felt and weight from replacement knight for the original knight, which had to be 'modified' for the weight and felt to fit. Alot of work for the price of set. Other than that, chess set very nice. No issue with Hayneedle's customer service, just the chess set vendor they represent.
