The serrated edge of this knife is specifically designed to perfectly slice through crusty baguettes, homemade breads, sponge cakes, and more with ease. The blade is made of blended steel for shine, sharpness, and flexibility, and it's corrosion-, acid-, and stain-resistant. The black handle is injection-molded of Grilon, a hermetically sealed, non-slip polyamide designed to last a lifetime. The blade measures 8.75 inches, 22 cm. so it can cut through almost any size bread loaf. As with all quality knives, hand-washing is recommended.
