We put it together twice. The instructions mean it when they say make sure everything is firmly in place before moving on to the next step.
When we had it firmly together, we put the clothes on, stood back to admire all the extra room on the rod and we were feeling pretty proud of ourselves. Then we tried to roll it into position... one of the bottom braces broke in half, and two of the plastic joints split.
