Wrong product arrived. Thought it was my fault even thought I had not even looked at any product like the one that came on the website. If I had not gone to re-order the item I wanted, I would not have picked up on the computer glitch that caused the wrong product to be sent. Customer Service was very nice and after listening to me explain the situation, saw it for themselves and said I would not have to pay to return the item that was wrongly delivered. They then placed the order for the correct item. It arrived (albeit too late to use for what I wanted)and I thought it strange that there was so much rattling inside the box. When I opened the outside carton and took out the inside box containing the ladderball toss, everything fell out. One end of the inside box was sealed, the other was not and appeared to have been previously opened as the cardboard was bent in the wrong place as if trying to shove all the pieces back and they wouldn't fit. We put the item together (it's nice) but one of the little clips that holds it closed when it's folded doesn't work right. Returning the toss because the clip doesn't work right is not worth the hassle. Like the game but this was not a smooth purchase.
