The Winsome Wood Adjustable Single Backless Air Lift Swivel Bar Stool - Cream has a fun, retro-style look that's still totally modern. This unique, bar-height stool is ideal for home bars or kitchen islands, and features a backless design with a simple curved seat upholstered in cream-colored, leather-like PVC. Easy to clean (just wipe with a soft cloth), this stool is perfect for eating or casual conversation.
The base of this stool is made from durable, stainless steel, complete with round base and bar-style footrest. It features a built-in swivel and adjustable height, which is activated by a lever and an airlift system. The seat height adjusts from 22.68 to 30.7 inches to accommodate any user. I searched far and wide for the perfect barstools and based on my research of the ones I liked, [modern style, but still with some comfort, and brushed metal frame], I thought I was going to end up paying $200 or more per stool. I found these and I thought they were too good to be true at first. I couldn't believe the price, and they were EXACTLY the style I was looking for. Because of the low price I also half expected them to be rickety or cheap looking, but they look great and are very sturdy. Another big bonus for me was the nice wide circular base with the rubber trim on bottom because the stools don't scratch my bamboo floors when people move them around. They swivel and are comfortable and go really low or really tall if you need them too. GREAT!

I loved the look of these so I ordered just one to test it out. They do assemble easy and fast but are not able to be disassembled after assembly so I am unable to return this. But for the cost of the chair, I am not out that much. [...] Also, when I tried to remove some sticky tape residue from the foot support, it took the chrome paint finish right off leaving it a dull grey color. I have decided that I am not going to order add'l. chairs as planned as I don't think these will hold up for my intended use but if you want something that just looks good and won't get high traffic use, then the price is right on these.

We bought 3 of these bar stools for our house and we got exactly what we saw/ read. The packaging was good, safe and the stools came in pristine condition. The icing was that they got delivered much earlier than the expected dates and we were quite happy for that.

These stools arrived very quickly and were really easy to assemble. They are very attractive though a darker cream than they look in the picture. The footrest is at exactly the right place and size. Overall very comfortable. Only got them two days ago, so can't say how well they will wear.
