It is made with 0.7mm gauge stainless steel with a 3mm encapsulated aluminum disc base for even heating. This pot has two double-riveted, stainless steel helper handles and it comes with a tempered glass cover. The dual handles and knob on the lid will stay cool to the touch under normal stovetop use. This pot has a mirror polished finish, which means it will be a beautiful tabletop presentation.
