Description
Tuned to an ancient Japanese scale found on early zither instruments, the Woodstock Kyoto 25 in. Wind Chime has a striking musical sound. A graceful, soft piece, this wind chime is name for the Chion-in Buddhist temple in Kyoto. Though every part of this product is weather-protected, we recommend a few simple maintenance tips to keep it looking its best for years to come. Simply apply a thin layer of Danish or lemon oil to hardwood parts periodically. Regular application of oil will slow down the natural aging process of wood. And while the anodized aluminum will not rust when exposed to the elements, mild soap and water will help prevent pitting.

Comments about Woodstock Kyoto 25 in. Wind Chime:
Haven't hung my chimes yet but I absolutely love this sound as my dearest friend has had this model for years and she has always been happy with this one. I have had other chimes that are much 'fuller' in sound and I find this one much more gentle, soothing and peaceful for an apartment complex situation!!

Comments about Woodstock Kyoto 25 in. Wind Chime:
I have had two seperate KYOTO chimes.I bought the second just because. The first is over 15 years old and still "chiming away".The second is 10 years old.I live in the dry desert and they have both held up great.Wood is a little worn but the sounds of the chimes are still beautiful.
